We will confirm your appointment 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please provide us a 24 hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to show for a reserved appointment will require a deposit for future appointments at time they are scheduled. Due to private appointment settings, a deposit is required when booking services that require two hours or longer. When service is rendered, your deposit will be deducted from service price. Your deposit will be lost if e1 Body & Soul is not notified 24 hours before cancellation or rescheduling of your booked appointment.
