POLICY:
Due to private appointment settings, a deposit is required when booking services. Deposit amount will vary to which services you are scheduling.
CANCELLATIONS:
When booking an appointment at E1Body and Soul, a deposit is required for all services to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your booked appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all of our clients.
